This is an awesome rifle. It shoots .75 to 1.25 inch 10 shot groups at 50 meters with 3-9X32 scope. You can use the rimfire groove for mounting the scope or add weaver bases. No jams or misfires. The ergonomics are really nice with a palm swell and full size stock. Shoots pretty much any bulk .22 ammo accurately.

Ordered this for my son as his first rifle. I got my older son a Marlin model 60sn and I am impressed with both. The XT-22R shoots dead on right out of the box. Smooth bolt action and feels solid and sturdy. Anybody looking for a good deal on a .22 would be nuts to pass this one up.

I bought this gun from a local gun shop as a spur of the moment impulse buy, and I haven't looked back, The bolt is very smooth, I have never had a jam with it. To take it down and strip it is easy, all you need is an allen wrench and your good to go, It wasn't too heavy, the stock seem pretty sturdy and not cheap quality, when I shot it for the first few times I couldn;t believe how acurate it was with irons. I had people at the range asking me if it was customized in any way, which it wasn't, overall its a great reliable accurate gun for the money you pay for it
